Chimichurri sauce

  • 1/3 Cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of smoked paprika



  1. Combine all ingredients on a food processor or blender, pulse until desired consistency is reached.
