BRAZILIAN CHEESE BREAD

  • 2/3 Cup of whole milk
  • 1/3 Cup of olive oil
  • 1 Egg, room temperature
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 Cups of tapioca flour



  1. Combine all ingredients in either a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Grease a mini muffin tray.
  3. Scoop into muffin tin, filling each about 90%.
  4. Bake 400F for 16 minutes.
